Digitizing is the process of taking the customer’s design or digital picture and converting the design into stitches that are stored in a computer file which the embroidery machine can read. |

How do I get my design digitizing? |

A: |
Firstly, You will need to fill in an account setup from or to download the form at our website and competed filled out your information and then send it to us by faxing or mailing. After we received you completed information, we will start work for you. |

How to send order to you? |

There are 3 ways to send order to us.

2. You can fill out the information and upload the image via order form.

Which type of artwork format is acceptable? |
|
A: |
We accept the following file formats: .eps, .ai (preferred), .jpg, .tif, .gif, .jpg, .bmp, .pdf and .cdr etc.
Please you provided that the images are clear enough for us to see all the details, JPG and GIF files are saved at 300 dpi. For vector artwork, be sure to convert the fonts to curves or lines. If the fonts are not converted, we may see a different font and digitize the file incorrectly.

We can offer Tajima DST, .Melco .EXP and .CND, .DSZ, .DSB, .PXF, .MLS etc. |

Can I send my own embroidery digitizing file for you to change for me? |

Yes, we can edit or add new parts to your embroidery digitizing file. You will be charged the new part only. |

We will send the finished digitizing design to you by email. |

How long will it take to get my digitized design back? |

It is depending on your have requested when you order. Our standard turnaround time is 24-72 hours, rush service is available. If you cannot get your design in time, contact us immediately. Maybe the mail system has troubles, please feel free to ask your design if you cannot get it in time. |
